We only have a 10-Year Window

Scientific evidence indicates that we are teetering on the tipping point of irreversible and catastrophic change. Anything that had to be done today – which some are still debating on – had to be done 50 years ago. James Hansen, Director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies and an early voice against the irreversibility of the impacts of climate change, sees a remaining window of 10-12 years.

We are approaching the point of no return that threatens the very sources of Life – Land, Air, and Water. However, the present of leaders of the established order – leaders of this generation -- are still of the Business-As-Usual (BAU) mindset.

This present mindset needs urgent shift from the paradigm of extraction and consumption to the paradigm (and philosophy) of Conservation, Protection, and Restoration (CPR).

With fish darting amongst them in a blue lagoon, the Maldivian president and his top team have staged an elaborate stunt to publicise climate change.
