vulnerability maps, agriculture and fishery landscape (BY MANILA
OBSERVATORY)
b. Identify target areas like energy, which includes transportation
and energy generation (49% of GHG), agriculture (rice cultivation
and livestock), solid waste (BY FACILITATORS)
c. Identify Doable Interventions – energy shift to R.E. (renewable
assoc), LGU context (Joey Salceda),
d. Craft petitions to put forward these Interventions in LGUs (BY
LAWYERS)
II. NATIONAL CLIMATE CHANGE GATHERING: Goals
a. Present the data/facts
b. Present doable/catalytic and strategic options
c. Harness critical mass of signatories/voters and point persons
who will file the petition
d. Present June 5 plan for simultaneous filling
III. LGU WORKSHOPS: Goal
a. Assist LGUs on Implementation of projects being petitioned
